Did you remember to update your game after installing?
Hover your mouse over the SH5.exe or go to Properties and then Details it will show what version is installed.

If still a problem un-install your game from the control panels program and features.
Run a free registry cleaner and re-boot your system before re-installing.

Do not install in the programs Files (x86) directory as it has restrictions.
Go for something like C:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5

Its not in Program Files And it its Version 1.200 i really dont know whats the issue here.
