Yes, there will be many small ships.
Although the developers did great work on SH3, SH4, and SH5, I have never liked the excess of ships greater than 5,000 GRT; in my opinion it is too easy to get high tonnage. This becomes even more true for a WWI simulator - lots of sailing vessels & very small steamships would have been used in the Mediterranean and North Sea. Thanks for your work.
