I would not worry.
Those old missions will still be showing up as the campaign goes on. I'm in Jan of 40 and I still see Baltic, Scapa, etc.
I'm in the northern approach and the southwest approach came up as well. The sunk ship icon means you are in an anti shipping mission in the north approaches.
The 00-00- thing is a bug for the sunk ship date. Has nothing to do with renown. You will not get renown until you end your patrol and dock back at base..
