I got it working by doing this:
1. Disable all mods
2. Enable only:
OPEN HORIZONS II_full v2
OHII v2 Mission Fix WA
3. Start a New Campaign and skip the tutorial.
4. Once you're loaded in the bunker save the game and exit to windows.
5. Enable all the mods
6. Start the game and load the last save.
Tell me if you got it to work!
EDIT: OK so I just tested that again and it did not work. So I went through the mod list and did some testing and found the culprit!!! And the winner is...
TDW FX Fix for Sobers chimney smoke
Disable that mod and it should work!!!!!!
