ok, so fiddling around with things I have figured out this.... I had to go into Exe properties and Ran as Admin and it worked(thanks for that idea Jeff-Groves)

now I added the Ahnenerbe WideGui 1920 x 1080 mod and it crashed so I took that back off. it would be balisticly awesome if that could work with it but ill take what I can right now. anybody sees a better way to sort my mod list please let me know.
