SH3 Commander installed inside the installation, but in its' own folder. In there went the GWX files to use Commander.
The GWX install went smoothly.
The Subgame folder may be a mess, but I don't think I need to mess around in it now that everything works.

Well, the mess you made is contained enough to be manageable. Seems like it wil go ok.
