I installed the SH Commander into my "Subgame" folder and into that went the needed files to run Commander with GWX which I will do tomorrow. I will post a update then.

Congratulations for getting it to work. However, I hope you didn't install SH3 Commander
in the exact same folder as the game. I mean, did the executables end up right next to each other in the same folder, or seperate subfolders? If the former, I don't think there will be file conflicts but it sure makes a bit of a mess in there.
