Now i have not installed Windows 7, but it was previously installed and the game is produced the same error. That is why I have not played the game until now.
But then I could play the game that I played through a patrol, and finished in a port.
After/before patrols saved game in a port is working. The game saves during patrol (aka ship onboard saves) do not work.

A memorydump is help someone?
