I guess that Type A Ko Hyoteki is the midget submarine that was in the covered zone of the Chitose
. I'm thinking about adding them in a library, so you can select dates through the .eqp file (just like the floatplanes)...
I would also want to learn how to add loadouts to ships, as these ships were very used in the Tokyo Express runs in the Solomons. But this may take a bit longer
