Just looked up the e-mail I received after registering and this is what it says:
"As a new Cadet, you are able to post freely and download up to 3 files a day. Once you have made a single post, you are able to download 10 files a day."
Still, I get the vBulletin Notice.
I wish the admins would check their e-mail and help me out on this one. I'd like to try those battleships.
