Image Scaling > Enable GPU Scaling
or
Image Scaling > Maintain Aspect Ratio
or
Image Scaling >Scale Image To Full Panel Size

Turned on GPU scaling and tried Maintain Aspect Ratio and Full panel. Still no go.
