1025 German ace Hans Böhning, flying an Albatros D.Va, shoots down a SPAD for victory number 13.

1200 Canadian RAF ace Gerald Bell, in SE.5a D3495 over the Italian Front, shoots down an LVG two-seater for victory number 14.

1625 German ace Otto Fruhner, with Jasta 26, shoots down Sopwith Camel D1927 for victory 16. Lt R.G. Smallwood, though wounded, managest to crash his heavily damaged aeroplane on his own side of the lines.

1715 German ace Ernst Udet, in a Fokker D.VII, shoots down Sopwith Camel E4405 for victory number 55. Lt D.E. Culver, 204 Sqdn RAF, is taken prisoner.

Three French pilots with Spa 65 share a victory over an "Enemy Aircraft":
Marcel Henriot, victory number 5.
Sgt Millot (no first name given), victory number 1.
Charles Nungesser, victory number 43.

German ace Karl Odebrett, flying with Jasta 42, shoots down a Caudron R.11 for victory number 13. Brig René Dupart, Adj Germain Goulin and Sol William McKerness, of Esc R 46, are all killed.
