I realise there are some ship mods among a few others missing (I do not have them to hand). But this works!

I had to install the 4gb patch independently of the Hsie patch.

Now with the Hsie patch:

EDIT2: All launched from SH3.exe and SH3Commander using Blitzkriegs SH3 FRONT_END

My guess?.... 4GB patch is not installed correctly. Just a guess.

Only 1 question, i am a little confused; i installed the V16B1 patch kit, so in this case if i want to enable it this must be the last mod to enable as for
S3H-H.sie-Patch-V16B1? now i have the Stiebler V16B1 patch kit and i use Windows XP 32 bit
now i am trying the first variant you tested
