Okay excell, here's what you have to do. This only works while you're in the bunker.
Go to C:/Users/Your Username/My Documents/SH5/data/cfg/SaveGames.
Select the most recently modified folder.
Open ActiveUserPlayerUnits.upc with notepad.
Use Ctrl+F to find your currently assigned hull number (in your case U-29), and replace it with your desired number. Make sure you find all entries with your current number.
Open CareerTrack.upc with notepad.
Use Ctrl+F to find your currently assigned hull number, and replace it with your desired number. Make sure you find all entries with your current number.
Open the folder 'UPCInitial'.
Open ActiveUserPlayerUnits.upc with notepad.
Use Ctrl+F to find your currently assigned hull number, and replace it with your desired number. Make sure you find all entries with your current number.
Open CareerTrack.upc with notepad.
