The police has published a part of the indictment today. According to this, PM has given KW stabwounds while she was still alive. And the stabwounds were in and around the vagina.
He will be prosecuted for murder, improper handling of a corpse and another sexual relation than intercourse. Plus some violations of sea laws.
In the indictment, the police states that PM planned and prepared the murder of KW. The extact way is still unknown but probably by strangulation or cutting the throat.
According to a mental examination of PM, he has been judged fit for a normal emprisonment, but with the option of custody/preventive detention.
The prosecutor may go for the last one.

A former homicide investigator chief at the police says that it's most important for the police now to prove that the murder was planned and prepared. The fact of having the saw and the metal tubes onboard indicates some sort of planning.
This chief thinks the prosecutor will go for custody or life in prison, which shows the importance of this case. He may be considered to be too dangerous to release.
And if he will be sentenced to custody, the chances of him getting out again are quite low.

If PM is sentenced to be guilty, the police and the prosecutor will most likely ask for UC3 Nautilus to be confiscated and destroyed. A crime will then have been taken place onboard, and that would be the reason for the destruction of the uboat.
PM and his attorney has now received the indictment, and they have been reading it together. 7 days later, January 23rd, the full version can be given to the medias. However, the prosecutor hopes that for the sake of the family of KW and for the case in court, that not all of it is revealed untill during the case in court.
