Hi blueduck, I love your Mod I got it to work. I didn't follow direction on the install. i just reinstall it .
I am using your Base 03 mod list from your profilrer.

My computer is win7 64 bit, I3 intel 550 chip 3.20ghz, 16 gig of DD3 ram(I am using 4 gig patch) ,Geo-force GTX 560 1 gig of Ram. keep up the great work
