Sorry von krackenfahrt,
but you did not follow one of the most important instructions for Vista and Win7:
"Very Important: for Windows 7 and VISTA the game must not be installed into the given destination folder!" (See page 6!).
As far as you have realized JSGME is not able to activate the MODs into "C:\Program Files"!
Copy or move your installation to "C:\ubisoft\ Silent hunter III" or "D:\ubisoft\ Silent hunter III"
