10th July 1940

Our Commander John Worral came this morning to give our orders for the first patrol.
Take off, head south-west and patrol the coastline and be on the look out for any Jerries.
It was a lovely morning, soft breese perfect weather to fly in.
We reached the coastline did our patrol, nothing the Jerry left our coastline well alone.
It's still early in the day to tell if there are going to be any more raids by the jerry against our shipping but if there are any in our sector they can expect the lads of the 32nd to be around.
