Same here. Followed upgrade instructions:
- Deleted V15 folder
- Saved JSGME mod profile
- Disabled all mods
- Extracted Bugfix archive into the SH3 folder
- Loaded JSGME mod profile
This is my activated mods list (ordered):

Edit: Removing _LSH3-2015_GUI__WIDESCREEN-Addon_SH3-ClassicDials seems to help...
