Just noticed that your modlist includes:

Equipment Upgrade Fixes v1.4 Patch 1 HotFix

but not:

Equipment Upgrade Fixes v1.4 Patch 1

Is that normal? isn't the hotfix supposed to be enabled on top of the patch
