Managed to get a non-Steam copy of the game. Removed the Steam version and anything left over, restarted my system and installed the non-Steam version. Installed fine, loaded it up, works ok. Go to install LSH, I'm still getting "SH3 must not be installed in this path!".
So frustrating!
