Of course I installed WAC on patched version.
I tried to reinstall 3 times, all correct.

BTW: There is a difference between
messages_de.txt and
messages_en.txt in WAC.
Messages_de.txt begins from "#Date (Begin Transmision)" etc. but in
messages_en.txt there is a "s#Date (Begin Transmision)"
But maybe this is not fatal... I don't know
