Of course - once it goes online there is not a lot anybody can do to keep it his/her personal thing anyway... Just don't use it in anything you might do commercially

Megaupload: Only if they are regularly downloaded - otherwise it gets removed after 45 days
Mediafire: I have had too many problems with them in the past - they lost nearly 3 gigs of my stuff when they upped storage (and they also remove media they think isn't popular enough)
Trust me, I have trawled the world of online storage high and low in search of a good, reliable host -- and RS, a pain in the back it might be, is still the best hosting service about. And if you are a premium holder (which quite frankly is well worth it) you don't have any problems at all - - but that is going off topic
