Understand there are specific versions of RSRDC to use with specific mods, or the stock game. You can't just download one version and expect it to run with any combination of mods, or the stock game, you may use. It won't work without giving you a quick "crash to desktop"!! Read the information that gives you the "Compatibility" considerations of each mod you wish to use.
And
No, you can't use TMO and RFB together. They are different modifications meant to be run alone....not together.
