You should do nothing with the files that are older than May 2010
. Leave them as they are. That means they are the stock version 1.2 files, or versions not changed by patch 1.2. It is the
newer than May 2010 
files we are concerned about for you.
If we find nothing wrong with files newer than May 2010, then we can look elsewhere.
