I don't know who they're with now, but I'm going to ask... as well as how much... because since they jumped ship our B.T. signal has plummeted. I can't help thinking that the service out here has now been downgraded in some way.

I'm with Virgin Media and have had 70Mbps since being upgraded a year or so ago.
Last Tuesday my router died and it took up till yesterday to send a replacement and re-establish my connection.
I complained vociferously this morning and they have given me a months free service on my existing package (broadband, phone 'free calls 24/7', tv 'full package sports and movies') and upgraded me to 200Mbps.
Not often I get this sort of positivity so I'm making the most of it
