Hello.
Did you merge the campaign-files right? Meaning open the file from your modded installation, searching for last unit (for example vanilla is unit 1942) and copy the wolfpack with new unit numbers (f.e. vanilla from 1943-1954).
Then it should work. Try the wolfpack test mission, if you want to proof your results. And as alwas: backup your files before editing.
