No for the T-44 and Elefant no missions made yet.They are in the Mission Editor only at this time.There's a mission for the Su-100 and the Jagdpanther, the T35 and Kv1e though.

You either need the unofficial English language patch or the Beta 1.5 English language patch.

I am not sure I understand what translation files you are talking about????
