In a few words, how I can edit the crew promotion points?

I want start a new campaign with silentotto, and "transfer" all the crew upgrades to this new campaign.

I am searching something in ActiveUserPlayerUnits.upc but dont work. Need a little help with this, please.

For the sub upgrades I just download a mod that work great.
