Yes! and the most inetersting part is this: basically it is the same of the stock game, except for the simple fact you're in command of a 50,000t behemoth instead of a small, useless, 1000tons U-Boat.
I am playing the stock u boat campaign using the pocket battleship instead of the type IXD2. Every patrol ends with a score of 120.000 tons or more..
