This is your standard by which you compare cultures and civilizations - fast food...?

You could as well put Kant, Hegel, Mozart, Bach, Planck and Humboldt on the same level of cultural importance with Bratwurst or Jägerschnitzel.

French fries the same as the Code Napoleon, Fish&Chips the same as the spirit of the humanistic tradition, Hamburgers the same as (musical) well temperament - this way culture and civilization get vulgarized. Let's trade basic human rights and equality before the law for some lousy folk songs yelled in the streets in front of the pub! That will boost multiculturalism tremendously!
