EDIT: Nevermind. Troubleshooting.

The corruption management system created a FOTRS 1.4 folder.

I copied over the pristine and it works! I love that SH4CorruptionManagmentSystem. Really makes it easy to play GFO/TMO/RFB/FOTRSU
