OLC 'Gold', the father of a dozen bastard children, is now available from the SUBSIM downloads section.
This is not a new version, it's the same OLC 'Gold' as before (though it does have a readme now).

If JSGME complains about conflicts then no it isn't - you should keep EDE disabled in that case.
