Block Vote proposal:
As the official Committee Chairman (duly elected) I hereby request the Committee Members democratically selected and vetted by me, to vote YES or NO to the following motion, namely that:
"Eichhörnchen has permission to vote on my behalf in all matters concerning this here new thread, what it's called, what it's all about and who is allowed to post in it, and we don't want anybody else poking their noses in".
