I got that correct? The only way to get SH3 under Vista 64Bit is to buy it again?

Although i'm not sure if i want to buy a game i already own again just to go hunting once in a while. As my CD is scratch-free (yet)... And mentionig i'm not sure to get that "Encore" in Germany.
