I have duel ATI 3780 cards and had the same "black sky" problem. Since I loaded your mod using the JSGME tool, I was able to start testing to find out which of your files was causing the "black sky" effect.

After testing, I disabled your UKW weather file (which then allowed the regular game weather file to work) and all is fine with the sky now. I may not have all your extra weather effects, but at least I can enjoy the rest of your great mod.
