When I un-packed HanSolo's WAC4.1 StockRepairTimes.rar it was exactly there ... so I didn't change any path and left everything as it is.
I don't know if Zones.cfg is a 'sort of' back-up?

The structure is exactly as I downloaded it from HanSolo's FF page.
When enabled with JSGME, it put Zones.cfg in the root of SH3? Just look!
