The tank sim you are refferring to IE "Panzer Elite Action" is being released on or about the 22 23 march, i have it on preorder from gameplay in the uk.
It is a little arcade in style compared to the older "Panzer Elite" which is very hardcore tank sim but very good for it's day,but there is a downloadable demo avaliable,which i a have played, and it will fill a gap till something more "hardcore" comes along!!
