I IRC you can have ten playable subs ingame and I plan to use every slot! The great thing about WW1 submarines is how different the classes were! There is a huge difference in campaign experience between a UBI mini sub and a huge U-139 U-cruiser. Or a U-31 (6 torpedoes) and a U-87 (16 torpedoes). So far I have 4 playable subs in near acceptable condition plus two others that are modeled but need remedial, hi-detail work.
