If there are changes in the MaGUI compared to GWX interface, some voice commands can work improperly (not as intended or not at all). This won't break anything for sure. I got similar issue, so I refrain from using the commands relying on mouse click - I still have huge fun using the rest of commands (majority), that rely on key-presses (which will not be broken by your GUI mod for sure).

I also doubt the sound pack mod would be a problem here.

Just try it, won't hurt.
