Sub v sub battles still not hard enough so upgraded 1 more tier. Yasens and Akulas becomes rather common, adds Song as top tier SS. No more victor1s and Romeos.
(Ideally the only SSNs should be victor3s and up but a bit hard to let go of captain tupolev)
Reduced chances of insertion/land strike/ss specops missions, increased chance of SSN wolfpack/SS wolfpack/asuw strike missions.
Target list clean up.
