I contacted Ubisoft. They sent me a message with some help that didn't resolve the issue. I responded with an update on what was going on, and they sent me back the exact same message. I've messaged them back, but if they send me the same message again, then the "official" route will be no good.


So, according to them, I just need to log into Uplay under my existing account, and the game should be under the "Games" tab. I logged into my account, but the problem is that there are no games under my "Games" tab. It's like Uplay doesn't acknowledge that I've activated the game on my account (I did, on my old computer).


This is getting incredibly frustrating, and it seems like "Conor" on Uplay is really just a bot sending out generic responses to help messages. If this is the case, I'm really stuck in a hole.


Has anyone out there run into this problem? Please, I can use all the help I can get.
