Here's an example of how it would work:

Guy 1- I wish I had a better computer.

Guy 2- Granted, but <insert something crushing to his dream here>.

I wish I had a million dollars.

Guy 3- Granted, but <insert something crushing to his dream here>.

I wish . . . .

etc., etc., etc.

To start:

I wish I had a can of Coca-Cola.
