This is more of a "What if America decided to refit their captured I-400's which they captured in 1941 for some reason" mod, it adds the I-400 on the US side. Sorry!
I could easily make a variant for the Germans.
It does not change any vanilla torpedo.
I'll post some screenshots in a sec!
