it's both for left & right handed people, and it has 2 wheels where you can elevate a panel of 3-buttons that are right in front of you for you thumb's acces and one wheel that leans the head left or right.

Also, I might add that FF is something you definitely want. It's not there just for the 'show', but to give you much more accurate input off your plane.
