Fortunately I've never had any audio issues with Destroyer Command but I have had issues with different graphics cards not being compatible with the sim. I'm still using Windows 7 so I don't have any experience with Windows 10 and Destroyer Command.
Have you tried changing the Compatibility Mode for Destroyer Command?
