In this case there are only two possible reasons: you didn't enable this mod correctly, or some other mod overwrites EUF

Strange why? IntervalOptions have to be in ascending order: 1, 2, 3.... No surprise that shuffling them, or duplicating one of them gives unexpected outcomes
