Just returning to the game using the SH3 dvd modified with the 1.4b patch.
When I last played I was able to modify the wind speed for "bad Weather" to 10 kts, so that I could use my deck gun with wind speeds at 9 kts and below, and was able to change my 88mm ammo to increase the HE count by eliminating the star shells. Could someone please remind me how to open the appropriate config files to make these changes....Thanks
