edit hi, sry i began this two hours ago, but then had to work. Me. Imagine that!

Some interesting places, also for dinner and such.
In Hamburg e.g. Tim Maelzer's strange 'Bullerei' is good, but expensive..
The harbour is a sight to see in itself, there are guided tours with boats through the "Speicherstadt", but you can also visit the "Cap San Diego", or the greatest model train array in the world on 1500 square meters, in the "Speicherstadt". There is also a 'copy' of the "London Dungeon"

At Kiel or Eckernfoerde beside the memorial and the U-995 itself the new U-boats can currently not be visited since they are being maintained in the docks. But the latter is usually only possible on special open days anyway. You may see one or two though over the fence, or one of the older 206 class subs.

At Bremerhaven there are four points of interest together on the 'Columbuskaje': The U-2540 along with some other vintage ships moored in the inner harbour can all be visited, i think the Bremerhaven ship's museum ticket also grants you access to all those (not sure, though the Ship's museum is of course worth visiting).

Then there is the "Klimahaus", a strange-shaped giant building, showing different climate zones of the earth, the "Auswandererhaus" (german emigration museum), showing the stations of departure and lots of info on the 7 million people who left Germany via Bremerhaven for the new world, and also a Marine zoo. Also lots of fish restaurants and boat tours through the harbours.
I'd say it is enough for two days, maybe even a bit short for all that
