I have long tried to understand the CTD problem and I'm quite sure that there is relation between SH5 and the hard drive that determines the amount of information that can be uploaded into the internal memory. I have a good computer with plenty of memory capacity, but my hard disk is slow. I'm pretty sure that causes CTD both at startup and when approaching a major port and when to use silentotto. I have not found any specific mod causing the problem. I believe that new ideas are needed to develop SH5 further in the future.
